At Schiphol, it is full of the most interesting projects. Unique because of the combination of your field and the characteristics of our airport. Curious? Discover in the videos below how you can help shape our future!
The Airport Operations department facilitates and directs all processes required for the airline and the passengers. Such as baggage handling, passenger flows in the terminal, ascent and landing of aircraft, as well as snow and ice defense.
The Asset Management (ASM) department plans, develops, realises and manages all of Schiphol’s operational assets. They cover the runways, carriageways, terminals, fire stations, checkpoints, (HOV) nodes and more.
The Aviation Marketing, Cargo & Customer Experience department is made up of 28 enthusiastic employees. The various departments optimise our route network, the handling of air freight and the brain position of Schiphol. With the ambition to create the world’s most sustainable and high quality airports.
The Safety, Security and Environment department believes that 'everyone at Schiphol can travel and work safely'. They work on optimising safety and reducing the risks of something happening – not just for Schiphol, but also for the environment.
I feel good at Schiphol. My development possibilities make me feel enriched. I get energy and inspiration from working close to the operation - where the magic happens – and every day I get to improve something for our travellers and airlines.
At Schiphol, real work is done with good ideas! If you are innovative, you will have the freedom to make it happen. That makes for enjoyable work. For example, a large car park with water-based foundations was built within a few months.
I am judged on my results. Because of that, I have a lot of freedom to organise my work as I see fit. As an expert, you know what you need. We want to achieve a top performance together, so everyone goes for it and our successes are celebrated.
In my function at ACC, I get to experience the same dynamics behind-the-scenes as I do when I’m a traveller. I get a lot of energy from working within a multidisciplinary team – and developing and realising ideas with which we give travellers at 9+ experience.
