Schiphol collects an enormous amount of data from sensors, flight movements, camera images and information systems. The Data & Analytics expertise center manages this data and helps the organisation to work more data driven.
The Digital department develops smart digital solutions to make processes at Schiphol run smoothly. They provide an excellent digital customer experience and relevant information tailored to the needs of travellers and airlines.

This way, they help employees make data-driven decisions, make it easier for travellers to find their way and airlines use our assets optimally. By making the airport processes increasingly smarter, the department contributes to an optimal passenger experience and customer experience, and to the ambition to become ‘Europe’s Preferred Airport’.
