Corporate Procurement

Corporate Procurement is comprised of seven procurement clusters, in addition to the Procurement Office, the Business Process & Systems team, the Contract Management Excellence Center and the Cost Expertise Center.

  • Procurement clusters
    Category strategies are developed and procurement projects are carried out within these clusters. For example, for complex construction projects, marketing services and cleaning services. But also for baggage systems, security agents and electric buses.
  • Procurement Office
    The Procurement Office supports the procure-to-pay process and the low-risk tender processes. In this way, we ensure an efficient ordering process between requestors and suppliers.
  • Business Process & Systems (BPS)
    The BPS team ensures efficient implementation of the procurement policy by optimising our procurement processes, templates and systems.
  • Contract Management Excellence Center (CMEC)
    The CMEC streamlines contract management strategy and policy. Together with contract managers, the CMEC ensures contract success.
  • Cost Expertise Center (CEC)
    The CEC is responsible for value-driven cost management for Royal Schiphol Group’s complete project portfolio (CAPEX).
