Schiphol is a dynamic place with a friendly and open culture.

In 2015 I started a 2 year management traineeship, which had a full focus on my leadership development to get me prepared for the next step within Schiphol Group. In these two years I have had the opportunity to do 5 different assignments at Schiphol in combination with an intense leadership program. This allowed me to develop myself as a professional, as well as a person. It was an amazing time, I have experienced Schiphol as a great, dynamic environment with a friendly and open culture. If you like working together in a dynamic environment then Schiphol is absolutely the place to be.
